Not expressly due to a world seemingly inundated with death
& violence (though, you know, there is that)...
But because it is exactly that: trite.
Overused.
"Played".
Tired.
Stale.
And particularly so in headlines in text media.
(some of which its purveyors actually contend is journalism)
